Very educational and fun!
This is a great book. Lots of educational material tied to a game of adventure my kids love!

The back story to the temples around the world.
A deeper background to the game, it is a book for children above age eight. It helps to explain some of the background of a popular game, but may not interest all kids who like the game for the action it provides.

Tons of historical info, beautiful pictures, fun adventure
My 6-year-old loved this book, and so did I. "You" are assisted by adventurers as you travel through time and space to learn about Stonehenge in 1590 BC, Egypt in 1250 BC, Petra in 1 BC, Chichen Itza in 1150 AD, et cetera. It’s about 2/3 fact, 1/3 fiction. The facts are especially focused on architecture, animals, gods, and famous leaders. And there are also a few “Meet an Explorer” pages that profile different real-life modern-day archaeologists.

Great stuff, National Geographic
My 7-year-old couldn't put the book down--she read it cover to cover and now can't wait to play the new character! She also picked up lots of information about ancient civilizations along the way. Great stuff, National Geographic.
