Improves speed and accuracy
It is a helpful tool to add to the arsenal. With manufacturer requirements for nailing lap siding to uphold warranty, you want to make sure it is right. Sure, with experience you can do it a little faster without this jig, but I can have an apprentice use the siding nailer and not worry about them screwing it up.Make sure you get the correct size for your gun. There is some info on here and in the question section, but you can also go to their website and look up more information on it too. I am using it on a Bostich N66C and needed the size: FC

Very Useful Tool
It made the job easier and faster. This is a winner for James Hardie plank siding.

The right tool for the job
I purchased this to install fiber cement lap siding. After struggling to remove the stock plastic cap, this unit fit my Bostitch N66C. Although this is over-priced for what it is, it really is a time saver when you are nailing up siding. The dowel that sets your nailing height 1 inch from the top of the lap siding is spring loaded which comes in handy when you need to face nail. The two set screws are holding the unit firmly on the gun. Overall it's definitely worth the expense if you are siding a house!

May not fit
Held up well installing fiber cement siding after a full day of use so far. Does the trick. However, my one gripe is that despite saying it would specifically fit my Makita AN611, there was no way it was going on without some modification. Used a dremel tool to grind the inner diameter down and it slipped right on. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Well Designed
I was very hesitant to purchase this because of the cost which seemed very high. After using it on my Bostich siding nailer it proved to be a well thought out tool and I was glad I took the plunge as it certainly made life easier when siding a large building. I can fire in siding nails just as easy without it but this makes it easier on the brain.

Garbage
Well manufactured but I paid 30$ and then it doesn't even fit my Makita siding nailgun that was supposed to fit. Waste of money.

Fits Max SuperSider Perfectly
This little device works great and is a great time saver, and keeps the nails from getting too low on a plank which improves the finished product.I thought it was expensive, but it's great quality and easily adjusted with the included allen hex wrench. It fit my Max SuperSider coil nailer perfectly.

Right tool for the job.
Great tool, takes all guess work out of nail placement on lap siding. It is a little pricey, but like most good tools buy once cry onceThe manufacturer could do a better job on size & which model fits which coil nailer.
