Product update! I've had this product for a week. Followed as instructed and didn't see anything. I think a lot of the reviews are to get the free bottle that is advertised. I too received the free bottle for my first review. I'm going to get another product as this one just didn't work for me.

This product is really great! While I was on this product, I did notice that I was not as hungry and did not feel the urgency to snack (which was my major issue)! I would still eat healthy between my meals while taking this product, but It helped me not eat very large portions. When I paired this product with moderate exercise I saw minimal to no bloating and I had so much energy!Highly recommend this product if you are trying to get a jump start into an exercise or diet routine!

This works fairly well. I find I do not eat as much. I do not eat very large meals while using this. The taste is somewhat sweet, but bitter as well. I do not find it increasing my energy and weight loss has yet to be seen. However, given enough time, this might work to shed a few pounds.

I really was hoping this would suppress my appetite and it doesn't. I have continued taking the product and not once did I feel less hungry. Disappointed!

This product worked really well for suppressing my appetite. The taste isn't great, but the flavor helps with that! The instructions tell you to place 10 drops under your tongue and hold them under there for a minute. Once I started using this product, I immediately started noticing a difference in how much I was eating. This product really does work, and I think that anyone who is skeptical should give it a shot!
