I like the quality of this item very much and I like how it felt against my skin. I have a size 33 inch waistline and weigh 155lbs. I bought size large based on the size chart but it was really too big for me. I reached out to the seller about the sizing and they said that they will send out a smaller vest without any extra charge to me. Plus I don't even HAVE to send the large one back to them. This I can deal with.As for performance, I will update that when I receive the small vest. I am excited to wear this during my workouts on my treadmill. I could definitely see by the construction of the vest that it will take some much needed water weight off of me.

Love this! It’s super comfortable. The straps do not dig into your shoulders. I ordered the size based on their measurements for comfort but to get the curve aspect order a smaller size. You will definitely sweat if your exercise is intense enough. The zipper doesn’t want to stay zipped all the way but it never unzipped or zipped down on me. The material is soft and will make you sweat. Overall- buy it if your serious about sweating to lose weight.

This sauna vest is pretty good. The only thing I hate is the shoulder straps are big. I opted for a medium and I should have just ordered a small size. It someone says its doesn't roll up in the back or kinda on the sides, yeah they might be telling a lie because it does roll up some not a lot. It does make you sweat a little but I assume if you are working out you will sweat a lot. I wear it to bed at night and I have some moisture. I do believe that it is doing its job to get my stomach down some. I will see by the end of the year to really see any results.

I absolutely love this!!! it is super long for your torso reaches all the way down to your mommy pooch all back fat is covered.. I am 186 pounds and I got a size large super snug which I wanted a little difficult to put on but that’s OK because I will be losing the weight highly recommend this product to anyone who would like to wear a Santa suit during the day under their clothing or to work out will buy again as soon as I need a smaller size

My experience wit the shaper has been okay. I have had it for a few weeks now and It does not make me sweat as much as it states but I do get hot in the midsection area. Other shapers I had I would unzip and be drenched. Not sure if it’s the type of material or me. There is no smell associated with it and the material that it’s mad of is sturdy and good quality. The zipper is also good quality as well.Also I have a short torso so it’s kinda long for me and tends to bundle up on my backside.Other than that it’s good quality and fits well.

The smell of this item was AWFUL. It still smelled a week later. I would not put anything on my body that smells that bad for that long. The vest was well put together. The seams were solid. I'm disappointed that I could not use the vest.I'd proceed with caution because you never know what chemicals were used to produce this vest.I purchased 2 pants; a long and a capri and both smelled just as toxic as this vest. I returned all three!Buyer be aware!

I weight 163 and i got a Medium maybe should of went for a lrg but it fits and zips, so far i love it! Only thing i would do differently is add a clip or clasp at the top to help zipper stay up.

I was excited to receive and use this vest. Unfortunately, after limited use, a split developed in the seam as I was putting it on. The material is thinner than I expected but that is not necessarily a problem because I was still able to get a good sweat during my workout. The material thickness won't matter though if the stitching is easily broken or if it's compromised from being wet. I returned this one for a refund and kept the second one I ordered. I hope that I get better performance from the remaining vest.
