I read many reviews and watched many online videos before ordering this microdermabrasion unit. I noticed positive results after a month of use. Im using it twice a week and it has shown a reduction in fine lines and pore size, and now I feel my skin is tighter and smoother.Operating and using method are quite simple. First of all, wash your face. Second, it’s the most important part open your pore with a facial steamer, so that it can be cleaned properly. Thirdly, choosing the suction level you can bear to scrub your skin. Please note***use the suction pen to skin in 90degree angle. Lastly, after exfoliating, wash face again and use the ice hammer with skin care for absorbing and shrinking pores.

I’m an esthetician and Instructor.. This is not it!! Suction was not good at all! Far from professional! This is for unlicensed ppl who what’s to up their skin care at home, but to say ppl brought this to use on clients in a professional setting is definitely a rip off and I would not recommend for no esthetician’s business!

Wasn’t what I thought it was going to be as far as section it is loud and the tips are very rough on skin I’m not pleased with it at all it’s not a professional machine .

This was our first microderm abrasion machine and we are very happy with the results. Both my wife and I are looking much smoother and younger it's amazing. I have also noticed that when I shave my face I don't have any ingrown hairs and the shave is much cleaner. I had an excellent experience with the customer service and even they really care about the customer. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and feel safe that if there is any problem the company will fix it.

I got this machine today and used it on a client and it work SO well. Definitely worth the money and more!The only thing I don’t like is the curled wire for the diamond tip wand. It isn’t as flexible or long as the wire for the cold wand, I wish they had the same wire. Other then that the machine worked great! Looks great and is quality! Absolutely love it and can’t wait to use it on more clients.

I purchased this item in September for my wife and she did not use it until yesterday. The machine does not work, suction does not work and the hammer does not get cold; the machine is defective and my return window has passed.

I received the machine and couldn’t wait to try it out，but I found out that I didn’t buy RL gel and serum. So wait until last weekend to use，I love it. it is a great gentle machine, b/c my skin is very sensitive, after the first time use It makes my skin look smooth and glow but no redness.

Bought it in july 2019 and its stop working already am trying to contact them no luck
