Just what I was looking for for water aerobics class

I use these at my local swimming pool through the winter and wanted my own set for my pool. These are great and give your arms and shoulders a nice resistance workout!

They work. I wish these were all labelled as to their resistance in the water. I'm careful but they get gouged and crumble easily.

these are a total surprise. You would not think that they are affective, but man oh man they sure are.I have been using them in the pool for 3 weeks, and I can feel a difference. you think oh how much can they help, you will be surprised, they provide a really affective work out, they dry fast too.
