I LOVE Yoga Toes!
I am a yoga teacher and an avid runner and Yoga Toes are one of my favorite tools! I would not go without them! I know how important our feet are in yoga, in running and in life! After all - who wants foot pain?! You can go get all the snazzy pedicures you want, but if your feet and legs hurt - what’s the point?Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! Do something proactive so you can feel better. Yoga helps with our toes and feet as well, and Yoga Toes reinforces this practice. I personally used to have hammer toes and a he beginnings of bunions when I first began practicing yoga. My feet steadily improved. Back then I didn’t know about Yoga Toes. Once I found them I wished I had had them sooner. It was actually my mom who introduced me to Yoga Toes and I’ve used them ever since. I run half marathons so I encounter lots of foot tightness. These have helped me prevent plantar fasciitis as well! This is one more awesome tool I recommend for your self care and stretching/ strengthening regimen! Great quality product, reasonably priced, very durable and easy to use. The gel is soft so it is not harsh on your right feet. You can even walk around with them on. Great product and gives great results if used regularly. I recommend daily if possible.

These really work, not a gimmick.
I tried these because I was having an issue with my pinky toe getting too far under the adjacent one. I used toe separators for a bit and they worked fine. But I wanted to see if I could correct the problem instead of accommodating it.My experience so far has been surprisingly good. Firstly, even if you don’t have an obvious foot alignment issue, stretching your toes with this device feels great. And I started to notice an overall improvement after only a couple of sessions. My toe is not getting caught under anymore and the “posture” of that foot has improved noticeably. I also feel like my feet have better circulation and flexibility. It was a little difficult inserting between the toes at first, but this improved as I got used to it.So, a really good result that was more complete than I expected. I would recommend this for relaxing and improving the flexibility of your feet in general. And at least for me, it also resolved my toe alignment issue quickly and without discomfort.

For those on the fence about trying YogaToes Gems
My interest in toe stretchers arose when I noticed foot pain after work and because I'm genetically predisposed to bunions. After some research, I had these Gems on my Wishlist for a while but wasn't confident about ordering them. Are they worth the price? What's the difference between the Gems and the regular YogaToes? What about all the other brands of toe stretchers out there? After trying out some cheap foam pedicure separators everyday (and not finding any gel toe stretchers in stores anywhere), I decided to take a chance and order the Gems. If anything, the fear of developing painful bunions was enough to try something preventative. Now I use these Gems everyday after work and they definitely relieve the minor pain after many hours up on my feet. They are so comfortable and much better than using pedicure separators. Yes, it may take a few short uses to get used to the stretch, but I never experienced pain trying the Gems out. No, you can't wear these in shoes or walk around easily with them on. But they're great to wear while watching shows or movies! In regards to the Gems vs. the regular YogaToes, the difference is the price and the Gems are easier to get on and off because they're open on the top. I haven't tried the regular YogaToes but the Gems definitely have a good stretch and I think they work just fine.I don't have any qualms with the Gems. Sure the price seems a little high for a small and simple product, but I think it's worth it now. Plus the gel is really durable and I believe they'll hold up for years to come. There are cheaper brands out there, like the DenadaDance stretchers, but they may not give as wide a stretch as YogaToes. I can't speak to whether the Gems can prevent/cure bunions (yet), but I have noticed they help my big toes stretch outward. If potential bunions (or general foot pain) are a concern for you as well, I think the Gems can help. Your feet are worth it.

Too large for my feet
I was so looking forward to using this, but it was too large for my feet. I wear women's size 7 shoe, but my toes are too short to hold this between my toes. I loved wearing it and feel it would really work if I could keep them on, but they kept coming off if I moved my feet. The downside also is you can't move around with them on. You need to keep them elevated when using them. My toes are so close, I had a difficult time getting them between 3rd and 4th toes and keeping them there. I tried them 3 times, very little pain and was able to keep them on for more than 20 minutes and feet felt good when I was finished with them. I am disappointed they didn't work as I really need something to help my old feet. I would recommend if you have larger feet to try them. They just didn't work for me.

Who knew
You know when you're lying in bed feeling bored and sad and you're scrolling through amazon trying to find meaningless thing to buy to fill the empty void inside of you? Anyways....this was a stupid impulse buy but I must say I am pleasantly surprised.I have very flat feet and my toes are not dexterous at all which has led to weak ankles and horrible balance. Two days with these things and I completely notice a difference. My feet feel stretched and more agile. I can even wiggle them a bit which I couldn't do before. My ankles feel stronger and I don't feel as unstable on my feet. The plantar pain has also resolved. I'm actually really happy with my purchase. The void has been temporarily filled.
