The book was helpful in my class

This is a great book if you’re trying to learn Microsoft office. However my book cover was slightly torn when received.

This manual was used for classes at the Urban League. Very useful.

Bought this book new, was obviously new when I got it, but can't access the needed data files - the book says to ask your instructor for them. :rolls eyes:I get that putting data files etc behind a pay wall is how they squeeze more cash out of students, but putting data files (not answer keys) behind something only instructors can access and that the instructor will then give to the student without the student paying extra money is just... WHY??? Why do all you textbook publishers hate homeschoolers and people doing self-education?

This book helped me so much for my college class. Would totally recommend.

Excellent material. Detailed step by step instructions for useing Microsoft office. Only problem was that many of the diagram s were very small and hard to read. I highly recommend this book.

I am not sure what section to respond to. We were invoiced for two of these, but only ordered and received one. I am not sure whether the confusion is when it was ordered the teacher who ordered this had it entered as a digital copy. It there anyway to receive credit for on of these. If you are using Cengage grading for your course your subscription includes a digital copy of this book and many more! Do not buy this book if your school also requires a Cengage subscription!!!! For anyone trying to learn office on their own this book has very detailed step by step projects that are easy to learn, I would buy this book without a subscription to Cengage if learning on your own and the Cengage auto-grader is buggy and unhelpful with learning the Microsoft office suite.

Very useful, step by step directions make this book a valuable resource. I can't believe how much books cost these days, however it seems to be the white man's way... profit above all else.

It did not come with the online code to access the book online. I need it for school now i May have to purchase another one. All my classmates had a piece of paper with the code not my book.
