So I decided to get into archery and purchased these, and the heavier set, for strength training. They can be combined to gradually ramp up the draw weight. I've been using the bands for several months now, 5 days out of 7. They're holding up well, except the 5lb one, which I managed to snap.This might be my fault, by the looks of it they are meant to go around the thighs and legs, not be held in the hands and stretched like a bow. Perhaps the bands rub against each other in my hands as they stretch and this thinned out the already thin 5lb band, to the point of failure.Overall, I'm happy with them. I'm pulling 10lb more now than I was when I started using them. I'll keep using them and see if the thicker ones hold up.

I am just getting used to these and how to use them, I am recovering from an injured shoulder and so far these are great. They are of a very high quality and I love that the weight/strength is printed on them. The case that I received is great for storage and is good quality too. I am very happy with my purchase.

Brilliant set . I bought the heavy set . Use it for legs only definitely makes me work hard . Couldn’t be happy . Quality is good and they definitely won’t snap unlike other loop bands on amazing . You even get a little bag to carry them in if you want to bring them to the gym

Resistance bands are really good quality. I've been using the orange one for at least 4/5 months, twice a week minimum and it's not lost it's resistance.I did get a bag with the band's which broke the first day I had it, but messaged Amazon and they gave me a full refund so no complaints. Just if you want something to carry it in, don't rely on the bag lasting.

These are small bands but do the job fine. I’ve had lower back problems for a while now and these help with simple yoga stretches when I can’t reach my feet, they help in being small in that respect however when I stand up and need to put them round my feet they’re too small for me and I can’t teach them sometimes. The 3 different strengths help a lot, it’s definatly an advantage to have all three.

I have purchased a variety of resistance bands from different companies for my fitness classes, and for personal use - and these are by far THE BEST. Suepr high quality, look good, clearly labelled with weight, and come in a nice handy bag with some suggestions for use!I have purchased and used both the light set and the heavy set - will be buying more soon!

These bands are very well made and durable. I've had number of other brands which eventually break - these are still going strong after over a year.

Great product, but no guide as to what exercises you can do. I would have found this helpful as there’s not much when you research these bands. Especially as they’re the short versions
