As advertised
These 3" glass polishing pads are exactly what are advertised. They work well when paired with a glass polish like ceriglass. They don't remove heavy scratches unless you really spend your time. Don't polish too much and heat up your windshield which could delaminate it.

Don't last very long.
These do a great job on windshields and windows. They also work very well on shower doors. However, they do not hold up or last very long. You MIGHT get two uses from each pad.

Works great with glass polish -
Used this with cerium oxide (glass polish) on a 1,400 rpm angle drill to polish a couple of pitted windshields. Works great. No more headlight glare after about 45 minutes polish time - polished mostly just the driver's side, but went over the passenger side lightly. Directions - make a slurry or paste using water with the cerium oxide - apply generously to glass (keep the paste wet) - use light but steady pressure on a low/medium speed drill/polisher (keep it moving!) - keep the paste wet - keep the paste wet - yes, I know I already said that, but keep the paste wet... and keep the pad/drill/polisher moving. If the glass gets hot, it will crack... Add more slurry as needed and be patient. Takes a while, but actually worked surprisingly well. I will post these same directions with a review of the cerium oxide polish I used.

They did the job
I had no issues with these pads. they worked as expected and didn't fall apart.I used them to polish marble tiles, using Tenax as well as polishing a glass shower door (w/ cerium oxide). The pads held up great during the process.I purchased these pads and also a comparable set of three from another vendor. The price was similar and these seem to be equal in quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these pads again.
