I purposely waited a year for this review since I had some doubt about how well these types of batteries would last under the circumstances, I use them. I connected these as a replacement to the original batteries on my garage door opener that failed after several years.It takes a fair amount of power to open a garage door when the power to the house fails, and that is why I got these replacements... to work in an emergency to open the door when the power goes off. They have been doing that job well as I test them about every 6 months. I see that they are advertised for security systems as well, however several other types of systems use these batteries other than security alarms and certain types of garage door openers. I expect they will continue to operate for the typical 4-5 years of life that I expect. So far so good.

Was a perfect fit for my portable air pump and I have not had any problems with the new battery. It is worth the money.

It was not easy to disassemble the UPS where this was used, but was doable, great value for the money

Battery barely lasted past a month and now I can't return it. Amazon won't help and neither will the manufacturer. Will never buy again.
