Good product at a great price. When the prices go up and quality goes down, it is nice to find a great deal!

Exactly what I need for a busy kitchen—reliable and neutral
When it comes to kitchen staples like canola oil, I’m really just looking for two things: a neutral taste and a fair price. This Amazon brand version hits both perfectly. I’ve been using it for everything lately, from high-heat sautéing to quick baking projects, and I haven't noticed any "oily" aftertaste or heavy smell, which is a huge plus. As someone currently breastfeeding, I’m doing a lot more home cooking to stay on top of my nutrition, so I go through supplies faster than usual. It’s a relief to find a budget-friendly option that performs just as well as the expensive name brands I used to buy. The 48-ounce bottle is also the perfect size—it’s big enough that I’m not constantly running back to the store, but it isn't so heavy that it's awkward to pour with one hand while I'm multitasking.

Olive oil is out Canola is in! YUMMY
OH MY GOODNESS🌹 Canola oil is new for me, and this is the first week Ive bought a bottle and cooked with it. Healthline.com says it's healthy oil as it’s low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fat.Neutral taste, high smoke point (Tempt which burns) making great to cook food for a long time without it buring which soaks the food with it's neutral taste longer than others with lower smoke points. I am Autistic, sensitive to things, had Pneumonia when I was 2 and 10 since and I'm old LOL. ever knew why I hate orange juice, because it's so acidic and hurts ny stomach, hated Olive Oil because it's bitter tasting to me etc. Needed oil for Tahini dressing, researched Canola oil, it's from the Canola plant, neutral taste, low saturated fats and is very nice wor work with when you attention and patience with food prep is zero to none like mine. No claims to swear this is good for other gluten free people. I've avoided white rice and sauces since 1990 when we were sold the myth that brown rice was healthier than white. Some Dr. on Youtube feed educated me Asians have been removing husk and exterior of rice to get to the inner softness of the fluffy white centers for thousands of years for a reason. He said husks cut our gut lining, leafy gut means small prickers open and let bile into blood stream etc. I found FODMOP information about leaky gut, learned im allergic to some fruits and vegetables, spices etc because they are high in things which the acronym is named. Long story short- bought 10 items to test, ate, didnt bloat or get gluten sick because of the white rice magic I just learned. I got sticky rice, these sweet rice cracker/cookies, noodles, lemon grass soup and sweet n sour sauce, tahini. I made my own lemon tahini dressing by watching a Rufus inspired training video thanks to Amazon's Rufus AI guy that prompted video options into my shopping experience 3 days ago. I will save these items to my profile, follow and search them there if you want, Im going to eat my new favorite things. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON's OPTIONS FOR Korean and Japanese foods.
