I am a senior. I received the PediNova Pro machine today and I just tried it on my very thick toenails. It was easy to use folowing the downloadable education videos. It worked like a charm to smooth out and shorten my ugly toenails. Now my feet look normal and I don't have to hide them anymore. I would recommend you use it on low until you get the hang of using it. I like the fact that it plugs into the wall and not wireless or rechargeable because it has more power this way. I also like that it comes with a sturdy case and about 13 attachments and a bunch of attachable sandpaper files. Great product. I would definitely give it as a gift or recommend it to everyone to buy.

I am embarassed to admit it, but I had - at least until I purchased this pedicure tool - very bad calluses on my heels. In fact, they were so bad, I didn't even want to go to a salon to get a pedicure! I've tried other battery operated tools, but they weren't ever strong or powerful enough. They would smooth over the edges, but not significantly reduce the thickness of the calluses. I read a positive review of this tool in the Wall Street Journal, and decided to invest in one more tool. Within 2 minutes of use, I knew I had found the product I had been looking for! After a couple of initial uses (I didn't want to remove too much at one time), my calluses were virtually gone, and the applicator wasn't degraded at all. After more than a month of use, I continue to be amazed at how quickly, easily, and effectively it works. I highly recommend this tool to anyone with similar issues. I can't comment on the other applicator tools (I've only used the two different callus removing tools), but I can say that it is well worth the money.

No longer have to go to the Nail Salon to get pedicures. This tool works great!

This pedicure kit surpassed all my expectations! It s easy to use & I get a professional result. I have some nail fungus on my big toes & this kit has helped me so much!

I had a maniquick electric manicure kit that I used for years until the tips wore out and I couldn't find replacements. I bought this PediNova III kit to replace the maniquick set and noticed some differences, right away. --The PediNova trimming disk bit that I use to trim my nails wobbles and makes funny noises, unlike its counterpart in the maniquick kit. That makes me wonder how long it's going to last. --The PediNova kit contains more bits, but many of them seem to perform almost the same function. I watched the DVD that came with the PediNova kit (it ran for almost an hour). The manicure section involved the care and treatment of acrylic nails, which didn't interest me at all. It was aimed at professional nail technicians, and showed someone working on another person's hand. The pedicure section was more relevant, although you will have to spend another $15 to get the fine diamond pedicure barrel bit to use on your calluses and heel cracks. There were also suggestions on how to extend a pedicure from half-an-hour to an hour in order to charge the customer more money. There wasn't any information on how to use the sanding cylinders that came with the kit, although I'm going to try them out on paper to give my greeting cards that popular 'rustic' appearance.

After receiving a top-line pedicure from my podiatrist's office with a similar electric unit, it was less than inspiring to return to my home pedicure kit of clippers, file, and smoothing stone. It took me over a year, but I finally decided to spring for this unit as recommended by my doctor's office. I'm really pleased with the ease of using the unit,and its low noise and vibration. Very effective and a generous assortment of easily interchangeable snap-in tips. You can buff, smooth, trim, clip, etc. to your heart's content. I especially like the diamond-tip file for rapid nail trimming. This unit also removed a callus in three minutes that was becoming intractable to file manually. If your feet feel good, it helps the rest of your body. Treat them, and yourself, with this surprisingly affordable unit, and think of the money and time you'll save doing it yourself. And, most importantly, you can continue to wear high heels as painlessly as possible!

I love my Pedinova! Sure, it's a little overkill for just my personal needs, and at the higher end of the price range it felt a little bit frivolous, but what the hell, life is short. LOL. So glad I did. My nails & feet have never looked & felt better! Awesome, high quality product.

I have awful toenails. They are thick, yellow and brittle. They are embarrassing and as such I keep them covered up. I have used various methods of trimming and even paring down my nails to the nail bed, but nothing seemed to work without spending an eternity and much blood, sweat and tears on them. I had my eye on this product for some time but was unsure as it is pricey. But one day the product was on offer for 1/3 off the price and so I took the plunge. I didn't realise it was shipped from the USA (I'm in the UK). Not that it matters but it did mean when it arrived it had a US style two-pin plug on it. Luckily I have a US-UK adaptor. Took less than one week to arrive at my door. Wow! What an amazing bit of kit. This thing pared down the worst of my nails - the one on my left big toe, which was horrendously thick. Nothing short of an angle grinder, or those tool firefighters use to remove roofs from cars would be needed on this toe. Yet this machine took it down to the nail bed within a few minutes with no effort on my part whatsoever. The product comes with several different heads/bits, but the two that mostly concerned me were the coarse B2C, for the initial paring down of the nail, and the finer B2F for getting rid of the leftovers on the nail bed. I recommend using on a slow speed at first until you get used to handling the tool and then increasing the speed power as you feel comfortable. Honestly, this tool is amazing if you have very thick nails, even when caused by fungal infections left too late, as mine are. Obtaining spare bits might be a pain for me seeing as I may have to order them from the US, but it'll be worth it.

Happy Feet The Pedinova did a wonderful job reducing the thickness and trimming the length of toenails. It is lightweight and easy to hold which allows you to have better control of the unit. I was most impressed with the fact that even at slower speeds the attachments were very effective—especially when I was using the trimmer for the first time. The only complaint I have is the fact that it took 3 weeks for it to arrive. The redeeming factor in the end was the fact that unit works so well. I was able to give myself a better pedicure than I have had in years and I did it all in the comfort of my home. It is recommended that a pedicure be done lon dry feet and nails—so add a moisturizing lotion to finish up and admire your home pedicure.

I love this product. It is excellent for those who wants to stay at home and DIY. Thanks for making it available for everyone. Great Product.
