Great with cloth diapers
We have used this for one year now and are very happy. We bought this in the US but are able to use it at our home in the UK with just a plug converter. Since we are already using cloth diapers, it is so easy to grab a warm cloth wipe from the warmer next to the changing table, wipe her little bottom and then toss the wipe into the wet (or soiled cloth diaper). Then one only has to pick up the all-in-one diaper by the outside to toss in the wet bag lined diaper pail. I wash them with the diapers. Much easier than having to buy disposable wet wipes and having to take out the trash after poos. Also, we have not see diaper rash with using the cloth wipes. Probably because it's just water and no chemical irritants. Important to use fragrance-free laundry detergent and NO fabric softener or dryer sheets, if you want to keep your cloth wipes hypoallergenic (and keep your cloth diapers absorbent).I initially bought the Prince Lionheart Warmies Wipes to match it as well as the Grovia Reusuable Baby Cloth Diaper Wipes. Both fit in the warmer and work just fine. The Prince Lionheart wipes are smaller and initially much softer than the Grovia wipes, but they also got caught frequently on the hook and loop (velcro) closures on the all-in-one cloth diapers in the laundry and over time the softness became similar to the Grovia. Initially I rolled the cloth wipes individually to put them in. It holds 12 wipes easily. But then that was too much work and it was just as easy to lay a stack of wipes each folded in half in the warmer. The antibacterial sponge needs to be rinsed once per week. This is good to do to keep it moist so it doesn't get hard and stick to the bottom of the warmer. It's also important to make sure the lid doesn't get left open (otherwise dries out quickly). When I put in the wipes I basically run the whole pile under the tap and then squeeze out the water and put into the warmer. Very easy. Very low effort. I think I have two packs of Grovia (24 in total) and one pack of the Prince Lionheart wipes (18 count). It's useful to have a stack of dry wipes. If things look messy, I can put one under her bum to finish the clean up after removing a soiled diaper. Also good for wiping noses and cleaning up spit up. I refill the warmer with the wipes every 36-60 hours depending on number of poos. I replace the antibacterial sponge about once per month as recommended, but it is unclear if it is necessary.

A must for reusable wipes
I have been using my wipe warmer for about 7 months now and it is the best thing ever. It is very efficient and keeps the cloth warm and moist. You have to remember to add water to it occasionally or else the pad on the bottom can get messed up. That happened the first time and it was easily replaced. I would rather have the pad messed up though then my reusable wipes destroyed. I honestly haven't used any other wipe warmers so I don't know how it compares but I do thoroughly enjoy this one for reusable wipes. If I was not using reusable wipes I don't think I would go through the trouble of using a wipe warmer in general. It is a game changer though if your cloth diapering with you reusable wipes. I'm even considering getting a second one to keep in the kitchen for after he finishes meals.

It'll keep you cumming back for more too ;3
The Prince Lionheart Warmies Wipes Warmer—let's be honest, we all know what this is supposed to be for. But in this household, it's pulling double duty as the MVP of date night prep. Designed to keep things warm and ready, this little wonder now ensures my wife’s favorite "stress relief device" and her go-to lube are cozy and perfectly temp-controlled.The Ever-Fresh System isn’t just for keeping things moist (though it does that beautifully); it also ensures no funky smells or weird dryness—because nobody wants that. And the gentle warmth? Let’s just say it’s a total game-changer when the mood strikes. It’s spacious enough to hold what we need and doesn’t scream “nursery gear” sitting on the nightstand. The bright light also cant be seen - now that its been primed & painted black.Plus, the energy efficiency means it’s on standby without racking up the electric bill, and the one-hand lid operation? Well, that’s just practical for, you know, quick access. All in all, this little warmer has taken a fun detour from its original purpose, and frankly, we’re not looking back.

Good with some tweaking
My son needed cloth wipes because disposable ones were tearing up his booty. The Warmies that come with it are not that good. We don't use them. Instead, I bought Baby 'r us brand washcloths. They are cheap and work much better. They are larger and softer than the Warmies. We didn't use a solution, just tap water, to wet the wipes. Creating a solution seemed like more work than I wanted to do. When we used tap water, the warmer got a musty smell after 2 days of use. We bought distilled water and stopped using the pad (it got musty even with distilled water). It works fine without the pad and it holds more wipes that way. Be aware that at first, when you are doing a lot of diaper changes, you have to refill the warmer every other day. It takes about 10 minutes to wet and roll the wipes, longer if you are making your own solution I am sure. Once we got past the small hiccups, the warmer works well. Our son cries a lot less having a warm wash cloth on his bum vs. a cold disposable.
