Good product
Good product. I've been using mine for about 3 months now. Works just as promised. Bought one for my cat and one for my dog. They took right to it with glee. It is very quiet, unless the water gets extremely low. Cleaning is easy. I wash with a sponge, and then run a very mild bleach solution through it for a while. And yes, if it sits for a week it will create mold - that is a natural occurrence found on this planet. I find cleaning it about every five days, to be sufficient. I took the charcoal filter out and just use the outer filter which has a very fine mesh and will catch all necessary particles. Not really sure why you would need a charcoal filter...the water that you put in it should not need additional filtering, right? Just a side note... please don't let your pets drink any water that you would not drink yourself. 🥰

My cat loves it immediately
I have always been longing for a water fountain for my cat and this one exceeds my expectations! Very easy to install and sturdy! It holds enough water and has a filtration system so I don't have to change it everyday. My cat loves it and start drinking at once when I set it up. Highly recommend this water fountain to spoil your fluffy and reduce the hassle for yourself to constantly add water manually.

The cats love it!
My cats are nearly 6 years old and I've had them since they were only 2 months old. In that time, I've ordered a handful of Catit water fountains (one would stop working, I'd order another). While they really enjoyed the Catit fountain, I thought it would be cool to get them a LED fountain and stumbled upon this. So far, they seem to like it better! I was worried about my one cat "splashing" the water around, but he hasn't done that at all. Both cats seem to love this fountain, and I think they enjoy the LED light at night! I'm curious to see how long this one will last!

NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AVAILABLE
First, I went on here to get a replacement filter, but they are out of stock and removed from the website, so I'm running it without a filter now. Second, they do not provide a good description of how to clean the water pump, I had to learn that from Google. Did you know that you can remove the propeller after removing two other pieces of plastic? Well I found that out when the pump stopped working and I pulled a good pile of hair out of it. Now I'm going to have to figure out how to rig up a different filter for the thing.

It works, cat are some what interested in it.
Edit: This water fountain died after 5 months of use.We bought this to try to encourage our cats to drink more water. I've seen 2 out of 3 of our cats use this water fountain; however, I think our I see our Catit getting more use. The key points for me with this fountain are, the visible water line, reasonable sound, and size.I may update this review once we clean it some more and have to buy a new filter.

I do recommend this fountain
My cats love love love this fountain. Buy this! You will not be disappointed.

Doesn't work
First off, it was missing the power adpater, once I found one that fits after the complicated assembly. Didn't work.The water started to bubble and move but never made it up to the actual fountain.

Love!
Did a lot of research to find the perfect fountain for my cats. My cat would put food in her water after it sat out for longer than a few hours, so this is perfect because its constantly fresh for them. Its so quite all you hear is a slight water noise which I like. I have nothing bad to say, its great!
