The model 99 from Safariland is a reversible 1.5" SafariLaminate inner belt lined with a 1.5" band of hook and loop. When the loop is worn toward the outside, this belt is the foundation of the Safariland Buckleless System.

Love my belt. I'm retired know and use this one as a dress Belt
Love my belt. I'm retired know and use this one as a dress Belt. The Velcro inner belt works great when reversed. Just wish it was a LEATHER belt on the outside instead of the black Vinyl. My original "inner/Garrison" belt was Velcro backed with Leather. I t still fits but needed a little more length midway through career. My second belt was the vinyl like this and I still have it but the vinyl has become crinkled over use as an inner belt. This one will be used more as a dress belt and hopefully it will not "crinkle" . You might gain a market if you offered the belt in leather with the Velcro and marketed it as a buckless belt.

It fits!
It’s very well made. Approximately 3mm thick and unbendable (height not length). It fit through my Docker pants belt loops fine (full fitting but straightforward to slip through the loops). It’s “basket weave” embossed (looks like pleather but hard to say) on one side and velcro on the other (100%).The working length (the part that would ‘match’ your waste’s circumference is 43.5”.The overall length is 50”.That leaves 6.5” overlapping velcro for fastening and adjustment.Long story short 43.5 +/- 2”. FWIW: The *tag* says it’s a 38-42 belt.

Not a Safariland, it's a Bianchi
It's a good inner velcro/non velcro reversible belt. But it's not a Safariland inner. It's not what the description says it is.

13 Year Velcro, Lifetime Outer Looks Great
Weekly use belt for IDPA that demands secure, infallible performance. Velcro finally stopped locking in after 13 years of hard use so replaced it. Basket Weave shell still looked great. Not a rip, loose stitch or dye fade along the way. This belt is also great for daily wear and so easy to adjust. I like the price, finish options and bullet proof performance through a predicable lifetime base upon the demands I place upon it. Fits normal jeans or dress pants loops and only noticed by law enforcement because it's what many of them wear.

More than just a cop belt :)
A friend had the smooth version and thats what I was looking to buy. Unfortunately, the size I needed was sold out so I went with the basket weave design which is common for LE duty belts. Yeah, No! This weave pattern is PERFECT for any use and is not an exclusive LE design. If you are hesitant in any way bu thought of .... this looks like a cop belt. You’d be wrong. That’s my first hand account on a almost daily use belt.

Overpriced. Incompatible with other belts as an Inner Duty Belt.
Liked the quality of the belt. Didnt like the fact that its really only compatible with Safariland duty belts because the velcro doesnt line up with Bianchi on the inside if you so choose to use it as an inner duty belt. Its also ridiculously overpriced. $35 is a joke

Belt inner belt I've ever had
I've been in law enforcement for 20 years and have gone through MANY inner belts, but this Safariland inner belt is perfect. This will be the last inner belt I'll ever need? I like the thickness and how well the hook and loop closure holds the belt closed. I did purchased the next larger size to ensure plenty of over lap and that did the trick.

Good quality and price
Great product for the price and should hold up well. I use it as a technician on vehicles so, I don’t have to worry about scratching anything while I’m working if I wore a traditional buckled belt.
