If you have ever taken Creatine Monohydrate, you have probably experienced an upset stomach that even Imodium can't stop. That's because very little Creatine Monohydrate actually passes through the intestinal walls, and since it attracts water, your bowels get flooded. All that water has to go somewhere.I bought this, hoping that it wouldn't be as bad because of the other types of Creatine in it, but I still spend most of the two days I used it in the bathroom. Don't bother with this one unless Creatine Monohydrate doesn't give you problems. If it does, just get yourself a quality Creatine Hydrocloride. GNC makes their branded Creatine Hydrocloride in pill form, and so far I've had no issues with it. Both products have approximately the same sized pills though, which are HUGE! So if you can't do large pills, you probably need to lean towards powder anyway.

I have been following a strict diet plan and workout 5-6 days a week for around an hour a day. If you are a rookie and this is your first time tapping into all that is creatine look no further. I have been a serious weight lifter for almost 2 decades and have wasted so much money on taking a dozen pills to get my dose, wasted amounts of filled powder formulas to have filled muscles with soft water retention. Three-atine is legit the most for your money and does what creatine is suppose to for your muscles. Don’t be fooled by big names hat stuff the min dosage and have to take half a bottle for one day. I just started taking creatine because I heard that it's good as a nutritional supplement for seniors trying to maintain muscle mass and stay healthy. I take them before I start to work on my mildly strenuous job and I seem to have more energy. Meanwhile, these Three - Atine pills with the no load necessary make it easy to take them just as I need them. Needless to say, that's very convenient. Best creatine ever. I've used other creatine pills in the past and nothing has worked besides this. After finishing the first bottle I've noticed impressive gains.i just wished the pills were easier to swallow.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this product. My normal creatine has been BPI Best Creatine or Beast Creature but I wanted to try something different this time around. I must say that this product has delivered! Haven't had a chest session like this in a long, long time. I was able to push out a few more reps on the bench than I had planned for and it felt amazing!
