Not Genuine leather but good quality art leather
Very Good finishing. Has good compartments. Stylish looks and Feels good to have. Material is very soft and looks very classyHowever, questions on durability. In the first use itself a shoulder strap buckle has come of making it unusable and unsure of how to fix it hence unable to use the back pack.

Worst product ever received
I called them to claim my warranty on their customer care number which wasn’t reachable. Secondly when I email them to respond then they called and say stiches aren’t covered in warranty only chain issue is covered and manufactured defect. And then they are saying stitches are covered under warranty but mine stitched tired isn’t covered. The worst product ever received and worst custom service!!!

The material is good but finishing was not good. Chains were not properly working. There is no organiser or small pockets.
