I use the 1Pair Ab Straps Gym Hanging Fitness Sling Abdominal Straps with a weight pulley system to strength my arms after surgery. The additional straps help bring the sling to the right height for my work-out. My physical therapist helps me create additional exercises with the 1Pair Ab Straps Gym Hanging Fitness Sling exercise system. I'm able to do my exercises everyday and not being dependent on the physical therapy clinic. This is device is helping strengthen arms and upper body.

I added towels inside where my elbows are place to provide some comfort and to absorb any sweat. The material is cloth and there isn’t much padding for comfort. However the price it was only $20 in comparison to the upgraded ones which were 15 more dollars so I had to pick to do a budget settings in my life. I wanted to do this review to allow others to make that call and decide if they wanted to spend the extra $15 for more comfort and material that can be cleaned and shorter length. What I mean by shorter length is that the clips do not fit on my standard size bar so I had to use the extensions which created more length and now they are too long and my feet hit the floor while standing I was hoping to have some distance between my feet in the floor

Excellent construction and stitching, delivery and usability. Support strap could be heavier duty. Blessings in Jesus Name, gwh.

There are times when I hate myself because I feel compelled to get something like this that really works. Sure, it hurts, but that's half the battle. Go for it.

Never had a better abs workout, compete with myself daily to do more. Fit easily in my gym bag and comfortable to use. And no sweat from strangers like on the ones that belong to the gym!

These are awesome. Very comfortable. Good looking BUT the only complaint is the caribiners were to small to fit around the bar that they have in the gym therefore I had to buy extra ones that ram me an additional 16.00 so price wise I spent close to 40.00 for theses. Again that is the only downfall. The product itself is great!

The straps feel cheaply made. I don't think I believe they can hold 400 pounds as they claim. Also the carabiner clips are tiny. The clips won't fit on any normal size pull up bar because they are too small. I replaced them with larger carabiners. That seems like a pretty big oversight to me and suggests they never even bothered testing these things as they would be used in real life.
