I purchased this for a friend. I was happy with the shakers but he, being a guy wanted 32 oz not 22 oz with the carting compartments. So... it depends on what you are wanting from your shaker. I still think it is a great product.

Use this daily for protein shakes. Love the 2 extra compartments to put protein powder and other ingredients in for traveling.
