The media could not be loaded.  I attached a video there. As shown in the video, the green yoga mat is my previous one. Since it is not non-slip, it can be easily pull back by my hand. And, when I work out, such as doing plank, on that, it is usually slipped and makes me imbalanced. This makes me feel kind of dangerous.In contrast, the non-slip yoga mat works well when I work out on that. I can really focus on working out and don't need to worry about if I will lose balance or not.Beside, it's well designed with several instructions of exercises. I really like this product!

I loved the size the thickness, but still trying to get past the smell. It is almost plastic/fishy smell to it.I was told to let it dissipate. I recently purchased another brand to switch it up a bit.

This was much thinner than advertised. I ordered this after much long and careful research, hoping for a relatively thick mat that was heavy and durable. This is heavy, durable material, but it is significantly thinner than advertised.
