not sure what this does so I use coffee on my leg. works better

Good product
I do not know if the cream alone would smooth cellulite as I use it with the Lipo reduction massager and this cream is what came with it it. That by the way does work. Keep in mind I am active and healthy just need help smoothing the trouble spots. But the lotion leaves your skin soft. And while it will not "melt away" all your fat it does give a smoothing effect.
