Too soft
Good price and looks good but definitely too soft even in the harder position

the ride has softened out drastically and I've yet to hit a bump and feel like the shock is bottoming out
Unbelievable how well my Iron 883 rides now. Sometimes with suspension changes it's really hard to tell if there's a difference. Not with these, the ride has softened out drastically and I've yet to hit a bump and feel like the shock is bottoming out. Nice long shock travel for those bigger holes that might get hit

Great upgrade from stock!
I wanted a better suspension and these are a major upgrade over stock. I will say that unless you ride two up all the time, get the standard instead of HD as the standards are more for heavy and I mean heavy loads. I keep my Hds on lowest setting solo or two up.

Great
I got these to replace the stock shocks on a 2004 XL1200C Sportster. They are the one best upgrade I have made on my bike so far. Really smoothed out the ride alot. and added 1 1/2" of travel to them for my heigth and for riding two up.

works i just wish there was a more aggressive shock for harley riders
couldnt beat the price, im 160 and 22, and just bought a sportster after my streetbike... so i wanted to raise my 2014 so i would scrape less... bought the Heavy Duty shocks and turned them to the hardest setting so i could bank those turns.... if you're a serious rider get the HEAVY's because the regulars are a little soft.

handling is much better and ride quality has improved so much
Wow what a difference. I had stock shocks on my Iron 883 an put the 13" size in my bike, handling is much better and ride quality has improved so much, no more bottoming out. Buy these you won't regret it!
