Easy hook-up and operation. Hooked up and clean unit on Saturday and was full of ice Sunday morning. Turn around in ice is about 15 to 20 minutes for a cycle.Working great and so convenient!

Worked great to get my business off the ground and would be perfect for a wet bar in your home but past that its a little slow making ice if demand is high. Would install an inline water filter as well to make the ice taste better.

My wife purchased this unit for me for Christmas and I installed during the first part of January 2020. The unit stopped working about 3 weeks ago and showed an "E2" error code. I turned it off and back on, and it began to make ice. The unit stopped again about a week ago and showed the "E2" code again. I was able to turn it off and on and get it to resume function. Three days ago it stopped for the final time, again showing an "E2" code. It would not re-start when I turned it off and then back on. Suffice it to say that for the $400 my wife paid for the unit, I could have bought an entire freezer full of ice from the local Valero. If you are smart, and value your money, you will purchase your ice machine from another source. Now we just have to see if the vendor will make things right, preferably by refunding our purchase price.

I had a small problem with the drain hose but customer service was excellent. A 1/2 “ shark bite fit the drain and solved the problem. I would definitely recommend this ice maker. We now have plenty of ice for our coolers when we go boating or for tailgating.

Purchased 2 of these. One didnt work and kept throwing a E2 code but the other is making ice and keeping up with our diner guest.

This ice machine is awesome!! Nothing else to say!!!!

We bought this for our pier to have ice ready to load up the cooler for boating and fishing. We love it.

Product looks great, easy to install and relatively quiet. These are the best features of the unit. Unfortunately, the first unit I bought did not function appropriately due to a faulty sensor causing water to overflow into the ice bin. After speaking with customer service, the unit was promptly replaced. The second unit arrived quickly and was easily installed once again. Unfortunately, it only worked for two weeks and then would not cool and thus no longer making ice. I returned and got my money back. Please consider this post before purchasing. Buyer Beware.
