I have a problem with low blood pressure along with a hereditary muscle disease that depletes salt in the body so I need to add extra salt in my diet. Since I started taking this salt product, one tablet twice daily, my blood pressure is better regulated and I feel better most days.

I work outdoors in hot weather for up.to 12 hours a day. Keep having bad leg cramps. I take one.to prevent cramps. Works for.me.

The tabs do work. My sodium was down to 122 and now is up to 137 by taking 1 tab a day for 3 weeks. I now take one tab every other day. If your sodium is low or you work in the hot sun I would recommend you get these tabs.

These taste OK, and take a long time to dissolve in my mouth. You had better keep drinking something as these dissolve or there will be some pain involve. I drink coffee as this dissolves and it works great. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I was expecting something great and so far I am impressed.

These pills are smaller than other pills on the market, my mother had problems with others, but these are much easier.

Nauseatingly.I kept then down but didn't notice a big difference. Try salt lick brand.

The price is WONDERFUL! My husband has to take extra salt. We were paying Walgreen 60.00 for the same item we pay 6.00 for same item.
