Not bad at all
First of all its not the expensive name brand but I knew this when buying it so with about $80 on additions from lowes I made it work for me . I added square tubing the the main support so now it would hold a tank . I also moved the master pin hole up 6 inches. And with 4 new rated tie offs its perfect. ...my gsxr600 and my friends cbr1000 have ridden behind our trucks for about 5000 miles with it and no problems

Worth the money
I used this to transport my son's motorcycle from Philadelphia, Pa to South Beach, Miami. it was about 1,250 mi. It worked well. The bike was a Honda Shadow VLX 600 that weighs in at 450lbs. The paint out of the box was chipped and thin. This was the reason I did not give it 5 stars. I sprayed it with a coating of non slip grip paint. I added a set of lights as the bike partially blocked my Suburbans tail lights. it also blocks the vehicle license plate so i would recommend doing as I did, mount the tag on the carrier. I agree to what other posted reviews say that the tie down rings look too thin but in reality they worked very well, did not bend as I thought they would and the bike stayed secure the entire trip with no adjustment needed. For the money and purpose used this was a very good purchase for me.

Very good, but not perfect... much better than the cheaper options
This is the second hitch ramp I've tried.. the first one was one of the cheaper ones (around $80), also found on Amazon. The biggest issue with that version was the super short ramp. It was far too short to be useful and it had no way of "locking in" to the rack itself, so it was very easy to bump it or not push the bike perfectly straight which ended up knocking the ramp off and then goes your bike. I dropped mine twice before I got ticked off and sent it back and ordered this one.IMO, the extra $100 is WELL WORTH IT for this one. I've attached quite a few pictures but here are my thoughts:Plus:+ Ramp is nice and long. No issues loading my bike on my own+ Ramp has a pin that locks into the carrier itself so it can't go anywhere while loading+ Ramp is wide enough that the tread my tires doesn't hit the side of the ramp and cause it to get stuck like the other one did (2011 YZ450F)+ The wheel chock helps quite a bit, both in keeping the bike more or less stable while getting some straps on it, especially if doing it solo, and in helping keep it in one place once strapped down. I could get away with 2 straps no problem but prefer 4 just to be sure it isn't going anywhere+ Seems plenty stable. You can put it together such that the ramp (when being stored) is closest to your vehicle or so that the bike is closest to the car. I put the ramp closer as I wasn't sure if there'd be enough room the other way, but am planning on changing that and putting the bike closer. That should help reduce the torque on the hitch a little bit.+ I've driven about 500 miles with it so far and haven't had any issues. I can't really even tell it's on the back of my truck.Minus:- The coating they've used on the ramp sucks. I've knocked it off in a few places and I'm not even sure how- Corrosion protection also sucks. Anywhere you knock the paint off is going to rust quick.. also I'm already seeing some signs of rust instead the beams that the strap hooks are onBottom line: It works.. it's a hitch carrier. It's as easy to load as you're going to get. It will haul a 450 4 stroke no problem (assuming the hitch on your vehicle is strong enough) and it's a lot cheaper than some of the bigger name ones (I'm looking at you, mototote). The paint oozes Chinese quality and the corrosion protection doesn't seem a whole lot better. I'm not sure I'd put a full blown sports bike on this or not, but for under $200 I am happy with it thus far and it should do exactly what I wanted it to do.I'm considering painting the carrier and ramp with some kind of grippy paint but haven't gotten there yetAttached are some pictures. The last one is the super short ramp for the "other" hitch carrier I originally tried. Don't buy that one.

Shipping method and customer service is trash.
Package was busted open, they packed all this heavy steel loosely into a cardboard box. Surprise it didn't last. So when I finally got my package 3 days late all that was in it was the hitch and ramp sections. No bolts, no nuts, no front tire Mount. Literally no parts. I tried to contact them but they didn't answer, I left a message that I got zero response and sent them an email, also no response. I ended having to use it and purchased all of my own bolts (thankfully I'm handy enough to figure that out on my own). With the lack of the front tire holding piece my motorcycle fell towards my tailgate as I was going down the highway and left huge dents and scratches (looks like the Hawaiian islands). So all in all not happy. Honestly if I would've gotten a response of any kind of help or if the parts would've been here, would've been at least 4 stars. I'm sure it would've been really easy and would've worked great if the parts were all here.

Perfect for transporting my daughter’s scooter back and forth from college. Ramp is also long enough to enable easy loading. Installation was easy and took about twenty minutes.
