AMAZON SELLER IS OFFERING FANTASTIC PREMIUM CHOCOLATE!!!
PROS: The product is a great "premium" chocolate. Great Quality...melts very well---even in microwave! This chocolate does "not" become really hard; it "firms" up with a SOFT bite. Therefore, it is perfect for enrobing petit fours (small cakes), dipping fruit, etc. CONS: Unfortunately, it cost quite a bit of extra money $$$ to ship this particular item! :-( *Perhaps, the SELLER can negotiate with shipper (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS) for better shipping rates...this will enable them to pass the SAVINGS along to the LOYAL customers. FEDEX has an excellent reputation for working with it's clients for the BETTER shipping rate! They also tend to deliver PERISHABLES early in the day, this is especially important when shipping out chocolate! :-D I'm a confectioner by trade...I have always trusted FEDEX for quick timely deliveries of my perishables. They have made a name for themselves in the business for the best rates, superb cooling area(s) and early morning delivery times.

Expiration date is too close. Two months is unacceptable.
I received this item on the 29th or 30th of December. They had an expiration date of two of 26 which is unacceptable. I cannot use this product or would not use this product in good faith to prepare valentines

Love it.
This chocolate is perfect for dipping fruit. Its easy to melt and tastes amazing. I have never scorched this chocolate its worth the money.

Poorly packaged, received broken and can’t return!
The product is great but it was packaged and shipped very poorly, and the container is broken. Some of the product melted and leaked out of it!

Love it !
This product is great for our home baking business. The chocolate has great flavor, the shine is gorgeous and the thickness is perfect. I love the Ivorie melted chocolate. It’s so perfect with strawberries, and we’ve gotten so many reviews.

great chocolate, but they jumped $20 in price.... now it seems better just to buy something a bit less expensive, once you cover treats they taste just as good with a bit of a cheaper one than this.

Award Winning Chocolate
This product is awesome. We have been using it to dip chocolate pretzels, strawberries and pretty much anything that you'd like to have dunked in dark chocolate! Last year we used it to make bark for our town's "Taste of" event and it won best dessert! Everyone stops by our store to inquire about the Award Winning Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark!
