First off, let me start by saying I ordered a small and I wear a women's size 8.5 or 9 med shoe, or 39 euro. The small fit nicely, giving me just the right amount of tension I was looking for. I have had both bunions removed before, and the one on my right foot is coming back and I am doing everything I can to avoid another surgery, This seems to have "taken the edge off" the pain, if you know what I mean. I don't feel the need to wear it every day, but during a "flare", it surely helps. It does not show under a sneaker or an oxford, but looks exactly like the picture indicates, so it will show if you are wearing a pump or sandal, unless you wear opaques or tights of some sort. It is very thin and does not add bulk to your shoe. It would be wise to keep you great toe clipped and manicured so you don't puncture the end of the toe area. The tension derived does not pull your big toe upward or make it feel uncomfortable. I have even slept with it on. I have had a total of 13 procedures on my feet and still consider myself a young Boomer-just didn't draw the lucky card when it came to feet. That and the curse of high heels! Buy this product-it's a winner.

It works. I wear it at night and i have noticed significant changes. One is that the bunion is less prominent. I was between a 1 and a 2, according to the pictures am definitely a 1 now, or less. The other change is that i used to expereince pain when walking because of the bunion and i limited the shoe options (no pointed heels). But and that is no longer the case. I wear all my shoes and forget about the bunion. This is most probably because of the correction secondary to wearing the bootie. I have mentioned the bootie to an orthopedic surgeon and he was pleased that i was wearing it. He said that "these things work if you are consistent." Last thing: i am sensitive to the seam around the toe, so i turn the bootie inside out, so the seam does not rub against my toe. I am a woman and my foot size is 9 1/2 to 10 narrow and i wear a medium size. They are pricey.

I ordered the bootie prior to seeing an orthopedic surgeon who told me that I would need to have a bunion removed and have surgery for a Morton's neuroma at some point in the future. The bunion was causing the toe next to it to 'float'. I was taking 1600mg to 2400mg a day for pain relief.I got the bootie the next day and am amazing. My foot felt better immediately. My toes have a small space between them which has relieved the pain from the neuroma. I love this bootie!!!

I tried it for at a minimum 30 days before review: Needless-to-say, I had high hopes of a little relief. Perhaps if they would be more specific on their recommended wear. It fits fine and can be worn with shoes or just around the house in house slippers. What it will not do, no matter how long worn (even if you sleep in it) is assist with any sort of bunion correction. I tried every way known possible, but no difference on the bunion. For bunion discomfort, I will give it a 2 star. It gave a "little" relief, but I don't see this as worth what I spent.

I put tem on shortly after I received them and my feet relaxed immediately. They are comfortable when worn with socks but I find they slide up on my foot after about an hour of use. I have tryed other products and find your sleeve to be the best I've experienced.

Good product will separate the toes however it causes soreness on the big toes(refer to second picture). Had to use a bandaid. Can wear it a complete day. Had to take it off at work. I’m a nurse so I put is to the test. Ok at night while sleeping. Had to not use it for a couple of day because of the soreness but overall it ok.... would buy again

Whether or not this will help stop continued buildup of a bunion is uncertain but at least this bootie fits comfortably. I wear it several hours a day, then reverse it and wear on the other foot a shorter time (that bunion is smaller). I got the size recommended for my foot and it is perfect, snug but not stretched tight. After researching the open toe version, I realized it would only be a small toe hole up top opening that would not look better in sandals. There seems to be no advantage to getting that version. I always wear a sock to protect it from snags when barefoot -- people said theirs quickly ran when nicked. Mine will hopefully last, they seem like it. So far, the toe is less crooked, so, good!

I have tried many different products and this one is FABULOUS. It gently caresses your foot in the right places without putting a plastic splint in between your toes! Those things break anyway. The fact that the toe is closed is the perfect amount of pressure to give support to a big toe that is making a turn into your second toe. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely want to have a bunch of these in every drawer. Can't live without it now.

Too flimsy and didn’t work at all

I had immediate relief from bunion pain when I put this on.I can wear it comfortably all day, in my shoes, and at night.

For my wife and SO far so good wears them both in the house and in her shoes

After a couple of uses it ripped across the toe
