I have ordered several motors from this company and I won't buy from anyone else. Yes once in a while you get a dud but they have the best customer service and have always immediately sent out replacements and arranged for immediate return. I have ordered both speeds 2.5-3 rpms and the 5-6 rpms.

Two motors in the pack didn’t work AT ALL. I only needed 6, and was hoping to keep 2 as backups ... but that won’t be happening.

I’ve and these a couple months now & ive had no issues so far! They turn great even when I heat my room up. Definitely will buy more!

Good solid motors! Second time buying 16 for 2nd cup table for my wife and the first 16 I bought 6 months ago are still going strong!

Buyer beware. Pay attention to the product description. The motors all work and are exactly as listed, so they at least get two stars. HOWEVER, this seller shows images of the BRASS COUPLER in the listing, but they are NOT INCLUDED.Shame on me for not reading the fine print. But double shame on the seller for listing this item with an inaccurate image, at a slightly higher price than the exact same motor from other sellers (that don't show images of the couplers), leading one to the conclusion that the coupler is included.It is okay to show the couplers, but the image should clearly say "Not Included". I don't really mind that they are not included, but just make it clear to the buyer. Otherwise this seller would have gotten a five-star review. Now I have to order the couplers separately before I can complete my project. Extremely inconvenient. In my humble opinion, this listing is intentionally deceptive.
