I have now had 3 packets of these seeds. They are quick growing :) They give beautiful green grass and the standard of the grass in terms of durability is excellent. I am not a keen gardener. I was given the tip to scatter a bit of compost ( I had bare patches to disguise) on top if you are in danger of birds picking them all off. But found they succeeded even without this for the hardly bare patches. Also - new seeds need water!!!! So I was really good about watering them every day. As I say - for a non-gardener like me, or a good gardener. I truly believe you will not buy a better product.

The lawn's growing through nice and thick and a lovely deep greenThe seeds sprouted after 2-3 weeks and took hold quickly. Very easy to spread the seeds from the holes in the box.Make sure you DO cover the seeds, I ignored the box, followed GW and loosely raked over after spreading - only half germinated.4 weeks later I threw a bag of compost over the rest and they've shot up now and are filling in nicely.No issues with with loss from birds.

I bought this a few months ago and the results were amazing, so much so that I ordered another 2 packs. So easy to use and the grass is "like velvet" I'm delighted with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone who is a novice. Delivery was quicker than stated - another bonus. Thank you

Great product wasnt long before the grass was sprouting up .

This is just amaizing! I refresh my lawn every year and it isually takes weeks before i can see nay growth. Bit with these - i put the seeds down on friday and on tiesday i already have at least 2 cm long grass!!! Unbelievable.

Would be great but when I opened the box all the seed had spilled out of the broken box it was a total mess
