This mazto holds together well
I like this gluten free matzo. It doesn't crumble as easily as other brands and has a nice crunch.

Although this a well-known brand, none of the local stores had gluten-free. A little expensive, but an unexpected gift for my mom for the holidays.

Matzah crumbs
This product arrived virtually destroyed. There MAY be one whole cracker in the 3 boxes, and they MAY have some freshness remaining, but with the visible damage and crumbs in the box, I'm sure this will have been a wasted purchase.

Great substitute for Saltines if you are gluten free.
If you are gluten free and miss Saltines I highly recommend these gluten free crackers. They are crisp and just delicious.

They figured out the glutton free thing!
This matza actually tastes better than most with less impact on my digestive system. So I highly recommend. But need to keep it in a plastic ziplock once opened because it does go stale pretty quickly.
