Best speakers made
Tired of the big tower speakers these satellite speakers are great. Installed with 8” subwoofer and they are awesome

Right Size/Performance
I bought six of these to complete my surroundsound system. Connected them temporarily to my cinema 30, and they sound great. Now I just need to fish the walls.

Great LOOKS, Awsome SOUND....
Acoustically excellent sound quality, "sound larger than they look," Very Solid build quality, versatile design, can be setup vertically or horizontally, to meet your setup need. Clear & powerful enough to use as center channel. Esthetically pleasant in any decor, & comes in 2 colors, Black & Creamy White. Bracket & mounting tool included.I've used these speakers as Center, Left & Right Surround, and Atmos Height Speakers, & they sound awesome!

Rich History, lives up to its name.
I have B&W speakers around the house & outside. These M-1’s do not disappoint. I’m using this pair in a 7.1 system with B&W 601’s.. Sound is smooth as any B&W. Blends nicely. Now, wall mounting…It appears B&W devised this wall mount system as an after thought. Even the instructions don’t go into a lot of detail on this. These speakers will not work if you terminate speaker wire, as I tried serval different types of terminals. Bare wire only, which I am not a fan of, as in theory, Bare wire could corrode over time. It is good to see a great speaker from this company at this price point. How ever, B&W is a Reference Level speaker builder, this wall mount setup should be improved on.

Small footprint, excellent sound, look cool.....................
Great little speaker more sound quality than I expected. A bit more expensive then others in the same class but worth it; while on the $ subject they went up $50 in 20 days since I got mine. My main system has jumbo B&W speakers in front and smaller ones for surrounds all running fine for some 25 years, influenced my choice here.

Looks great - sounds thin
I was using these speakers as a rear surround 5.4.1 surround system driven by a Marantz Cinema 50. I was impressed with their good looks and great reviews. I needed a wall mount speaker I could angle a bit and I thought these would be a good fit. The first problem I had was the wall mount. The connection from the wall mount to the speaker is fragile and I found it difficult to assemble. You have to tighten down two screws on a clamp while you're holding the speaker upright. The next problem was the thin sound. I don't need a lot of bass or even midrange in my system from these speakers, but the overall sound was weak even after running the room correction software. The last problem was that one of the speakers died. I suspect one of the wires in the arm got pinched but I couldn't find anything to repair so they're sitting in a box right now.

Wall mount doesn’t work
The wall mount is incredibly finicky to use. It all rests on a very tiny pin that easily broke or fell out. It’s so difficult to get it in the perfect configuration. We returned ours because we could never get it to play using the wall mount, and even on the stand it was very particular with the wiring to get it to work. When it does play it sounds nice and it’s an aesthetically pleasing design.
