I had one of these steamers and it stopped working. But the company sent me a new one and it works great. Thank you for the great customer service. It’s simple. Easy to use. Reliable. And it heats up the water super fast which I love.

The media could not be loaded. The steam unit was easy to put together. I was very excited to start using it; however, after plugging it in the unit didn't work. When you push the on button, it still signals that you need to add water even though the water is filled all the way up. The LCD timer didn't come on nor did the steam start. It was defective.

okay so I was a little bit nervous ordering this product because some of the bad reviews were all saying the same thing. when I got my machine it did do the same thing those review said so I was super upset. I put in a request for a return and they sent me a message on things to try before I tried to return it. I really love the look of the machine and obviously the price point is awesome so I really wanted this to work! I tried it exactly what they said and now it works perfectly! I guess when you get the machine sometimes it beeps non-stop while it's because when you put the distilled water in its not detecting the water because the water so pure it needs to be able to detect the electrolytes in the water so when you first get it you need to put tap water with a little bit of salt in it, not every time but for the first few times since it's new. After I did that my machine works beautifully! the design is awesome and it's quiet I definitely recommend this machine especially at its price point!

Wonderful product, had this for years now , no issues at all, I used it a billion times ,very soothing ! People make bad reviews for competition, in my opinion! Love this product!!!!!!!!!!very reliable !!!!!!

Use this steamer for my hair care . It’s pretty decent , I just hate how it automatically turns off when it’s half way filled instead of using all the water

This thing is bad. It got broken or melted im not sure. But this happened within 2 weeks of using the steamer. I don’t recommend this steamer yall

Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.
