Purchased this for the newest iPad Pro, for use all day at the office, in meetings, etc and it has been working great so far (owned for 3 weeks so far and used daily). I also bought a pencil and the case has a handy place for storing it. I'll buy this again for the next iPad I buy.

I like that this case is less expensive than the typical cases that are available for the 12.9” iPad Pro. The one feature I had hoped was available is the sleep function when you close the case. This case does NOT have that, which I learned the hard way when I closed up my case after working on my iPad and the next morning my iPad was dead... the screen stayed on all night because of the lack of sleep function. You’ll just have to set your iPad to sleep after 5 minutes or so.Otherwise, this case works well— It is sturdy, textured so it won’t slip from your hands, adds just the right amount of bulk to your iPad, and the Bluetooth keyboard is right on par with what I hoped.

This is the SECOND 12.9” IPAD pro case I have ordered from these guys. IT WILL NOT fit the 12.9” IPAD pro!!!Thx for wasting my Saturday with, printing return labels, standing in line, etc to take back items. Really frustrated!

I was looking for an affordable option for a case/keyboard combo (Apple and Logitech were outrageous) I saw this and ordered right from Best Buy. The first one arrived and I had an issue with the keyboard. Customer service answered my request right away, and also shipped me a replacement. I returned the first one, the second one is great. Exactly what I was expecting. I've only had to charge it once in the 2 weeks I've had it. The magnet is strong for the pencil. Overall, it's a product I'd recommend.

Based on other customer reviews, I was really looking forward to using this product. My first observation is that it is very heavy - I guess the good side of that is I felt my pricey ipad was protected, but the bad side is, well it is heavy to lug around. I was very happy with it for a few days, but then started having Bluetooth connectivity issues. Some days it was fine but more often than not, I would have to resort to turning off Bluetooth, then turning off WiFi, then rebooting the ipad, then turning everything back on, then trying the pairing again. I have other Bluetooth devices that can connect to my ipad and none of them has an issue, so I am pretty sure it is the device. The case is very sturdy and the keyboard has a really nice touch, but the connectivity issues were just to much to deal with.

Everything about this case/keyboard is ideal. I've has it since Christmas 2019 and it is a workhorse. The keyboard is flawless and has not had any issues at all. The case is bulky but protective and also gives a few different viewing angles. It has to beat any other product on the market. I'd buy it again for sure. I am an independent reviewer and did not receive any perks for the review.

This product works as a case and the keyboard was surprisingly good. I love the built-in pencil holder (tip: pulling out on the top edge of the case to makes it easy to remove the pencil!). The use of magnets is good and allows for several configurations with or without the keyboard. I love that the keyboard can be separated and can be moved to many locations and stays in place via magnets. Having the command+tab app switching shortcut is worth the price of admission for me. I'm sure other keyboards have that but it makes getting through work much faster.All in all, excellent.

It’s a nice looking case. Packaging was very good. It had been delivered timely. I did not pair the keyboard with my iPad Pro. It definitely was made in China. Since I was not able to use the case in upright position I returned it.
