Good tool, but it took 3 tries to get it here in one piece and it's still not resolved
The tool worked well to remove a difficult Mack lower kingpin nut and clean up the threads. However, it took having the tool returned and a new one delivered 3 times to get one that was complete and not missing parts. Only the first one came in the nice metal box pictured. The most recent two have been in cardboard boxes. I'm still trying to work with Amazon to resolve this matter, but at least the tool works as advertised. I don't think it's JENDYK that's having issues, so my rating is just for the tool itself. The delivery and accuracy of the order currently rates zero stars. It's been a mess. Amazon is usually better than this.Edit: I finally was able to speak with an actual person at Amazon. They were able to take care of the situation to my satisfaction.
