Femi night brings together a complex set of herbs, amino acids, antioxidants and B-vitamins in the precise quantities to work with unique female characteristics to support women with attaining the three vital stages of sleep: Relaxing Falling asleep Staying asleep. The whole herbs in Femi Night has been used traditionally for thousands of years all over the world to: Treat insomnia & sleep disturbances; reduce anxiety; indigestion and pain. L-tryptophan is a naturally occurring amino acid (the building blocks of protein) in nutrition. Essential amino acids cannot be created by the body and must therefore be ingested. L-tryptophan is a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. The disruption of either serotonin or melatonin can lead to the symptoms of insomnia and depression. Because tryptophan increases serotonin, it also increases melatonin - both neuro-transmitters in the brain’s pineal gland intimately involved in the regulation of sleep cycles. L-taurine is an amino acid that calms the nervous system by facilitating the production of the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). By raising GABA levels, taurine helps the body to manage anxiety and the sort of over-thinking associated with stress and insomnia. Magnesium is a mineral that should be present in large amounts in the body and is vital in more than 300 chemical processes that keep the body functioning properly. Amongst them are its ability to help us fall and stay asleep by regulating the hormone melatonin. Consequently, not having enough can lead to troubled sleep and insomnia. Magnesium also regulates neurotransmitters and specifically binds to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors, a neurotransmitter responsible for quieting nerve activity.

HUGE capsules
Can’t really say if these have worked yet as I’ve only been taking them for 3 nights.However, just thought I’d mention, the capsules are HUGE! Didn’t know whether I should swallow them or insert them! I’ve never had a problem taking tablets and supplements before but am struggling to get these down.

i wasnt slepping saw this product and thought i eould give it a try
I bought this product because I am not sleeping through the night like I should do.i have only used it twice but I have slept better.Ican only hope I will eventually sleep through the night again soon

I have tried various things to help me sleep, so I wasn’t sure if this would be any better, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I found the capsules easy to swallow and gradually my sleep appears to be improving. I usually wake very early and this appears to be changing which is a great relief. I would heartily recommend these capsules.I wanted to add something to my review. I track my sleep with my Fitbit, and I am consistently getting between 15% and 20% deep sleep having taken these supplements for a month. The longer I have been taking them, the more my sleep has improved. I am impressed and am recommending them to my clients who have insomnia and sleep issues.

Helps you get to sleep, and stay asleep!
I have always had trouble falling asleep, but also recently with staying asleep, often waking up in the middle of the night and finding myself unable to drop back off. I've only been taking these for just over a week but notice that already, although I have still woken up a couple times due to loud noises outside, I drop back off to sleep really quickĺy which is fantastic! I was concerned I may feel groggy in the morning, but not so..I wake up feeling rested and relaxed. I've used a few of Natural Light's products, and as with the others have found these do exactly what's promised. My other half's even tried them and he got a great night's sleep too!

Deep, restful sleep
I have spent a number of years not sleeping properly and having very little good restful sleep. I ordered Femi Night thinking ok I'll give this a go but not holding out too much hope....... but I have to say they work!!!! I actually have a good number of hours in deep, restful sleep!!! I will definitely be buying again
