Received on time, what I expected. Worked and was cute. Unfortunately does not fit the little girl, she does have a fairly large head. Would have preferred a Tiara that was adjustable. Not the vendors fault.

Very cute and fun... I'm lucky I have a small head
The crown is nice and sturdy. The flashing lights were perfect. Size was not decribed well in details but I was able to make the tiara work. My 9 yr old cousin could not wear this crown due to size.... luckily, it was for MY brithday and I have a smaller head. I will pass it down for my niece's birthday who will be turning 4.
