This was my first time using American ginseng and the effects aren’t as noticeable as Panax ginseng for me. Seems like a good product though and price is reasonable.

This was recommended in a book on acupressure..The ginseng is in a capsule and easy to take . It’s pure (non caffeine ) and gives you a feeling of well being ..mentally and emotionally..it’s non addictive and is the top Chinese recommended herb ..

The package arrived I damaged yet may of the pills inside were squashed and did not appear full. Some visible in the photo.Also when I swallow them if I crunch them they crush very small which says they are perhaps not that full? I compare this to another brand I have bought on Amazon.Not convinced.They are cheap though I will give them that.

Easy to take capsules but I didn't feel any benefit from taking them!!

Purchased this to improve hair growth and prevent breakage. I haven't noticed an improvement yet.
