The weight of the package is 9 lbs and the size is 40"x 8"x 8". We do have 220V ballast for this so let us know when you make this purchase and I will include the 220 V ballasts. Thanks

Bulb should be replaced every 9-12 months. Even if it is still shining after that it is not effective and actually killing bacteria.
