JCP Door Guard Security Restrictor Heavy Duty Latch Bar Lock (Gold Colour)

Had one of these before supplied and fitted by "victim support" after a burglary. Then I had a new door fitted and couldn't get the old one off as it was fitted that well! Really expected to find buying another one quite expensive but absolutely not! Seriously, this is fantastic.. and at a really great price for the peace of mind you get from it. Just a few screws (and a little light drilling or a really strong hand to get the screws in tough door materials) and its fitted, securely. For the few quid that it costs, if you're unsure, just buy one. I've one on each the front and back door and short of keep locking then with a key all the time, this is the perfect fast solution for easy home door security. Highly recommended! 5*

I am not a DIY er ! Couldn’t see how to fit it until I checked U Tube. It was then a doddle! Very strong piece of kit and would take a lot of force before it gave way! Great value for money.

Really pleased with not just the look but also with the sturdiness of the product. Nice to have a extra security measure on the door, especially when opening the door. Good reasonable price too!

Great product. Silly little fixing screws which wouldn't resist a strong shove but just get some longer ones.

Bought this for my door and fits well and is really strong. It has been tested for a few weeks now and it works great.

Really poor design. Swings loose on the fixings with no spring to stop it. Swung closed as I left today and locked me out. Had to break a window to get back in.
