This is a fantástic book full of recipes to make a quick meal. Beautiful pictures and very easy to follow. I would recommend it to everyone with a busy lifestyle

I absolutely LOVE this cookbook! I have tried several of the recipes and while it's nearly impossible to choose a favorite, the Bacon Guacamole and the Sherry, Shallot, Mushroom, and Goat Cheese are definitely at the top of my list! The intro gives a great background along with helpful tips, recipes are simple to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find at your local supermarket. You don't have to be a gourmet chef to recreate these delicious recipes! The e-book is super convenient and well-formatted but I do love paging through the hardcover to admire all the mouth-watering pictures in print. I can't wait to work my way through the rest of the recipes, well done!

I love grilled cheese (especially some of the more exotic recipes). The Gourmet Grilled Cheese Cookbook has some pretty delicious recipes that I can't wait to try. Might make this a stocking stuffer for some lucky people this year!
