I have been waiting for this book to come out and it didn't disappoint. I now have all three of his books and they are all easy to read and understand yet not wordy just to take up space. This book as with all of his books get to the point and tell you what you want to know. It starts out with useful information and ends with information. Unlike so many books that after reading through multiple chapters of filler and everything you wanted to know is in the last chapter. I have bought multiple copies for friends that are interested in stones and just had one call last night telling me how much she loved the book and how she uses it combined with his book on grids. LOVE IT!

This book is easy to follow and chalked full of great information. I had so many ah-ha moments when reading it. I learned so much.

I’ve read most of the crystal books on the market and found this to have some very concise and original information. Loved they way he linked crystals to your heritage or past lives. Definitely picked up some new knowledge, would definitely recommend adding this to your crystal library.

This is an excellent book! Everything is laid out precisely and easily so you can take steps to protect yourself quickly. It is an invaluable tool and I actually use a lot of the information while teaching my Reiki classes. Being so sensitive to energies, it is so important to protect and this is the best information I have come across. I especially love the paperback as I can highlight the especially important information and can easily use it for reference.I recommend this book to everyone.

This book is pretty interesting so far. I have always been fascinated with jewelry, gemstones and I am just getting into metaphysical gemstones. There is more than just crystal information in this book. The author is very generous with sharing other knowledge along the way. I am happy with this purchase and look forward to reading it.

This book tackles some pretty woo-woo stuff in a very down to earth way. A comprehensive guide full of practical tools that will help you navigate the real world challenges of being empathic.This book made an imedate impact on my life. The protocols for after care after a psychic attack were spot on and helped me get unstuck on my own personal healing path.In a world full of confusing spiritual guidance coming from other dimensions and disembodied teachers, it is so refreshing to find an author grounded in the middle realm - humbly offering his well researched advice.

I've read a few books on protecting myself, as I am an Empath, or highly sensitive person. Reading Ethan's book and putting a Protection Grid in the room I am in most, has made a huge difference. I didn't receive any help from the other books by well known doctors. However, the crystals and grids do make a difference.The book is well laid out and covers everything. I have all 3 of Ethan's books, plus read his weekly blog. I am so grateful to finally find a way to block other peoples anger, bad vibes, etc. I have 3 grids up now, and plan to add more around the home. Crystal power is dynamic and now I have the books to explain why & how.

For many years I have been feeling extremely emotional: my moods for the last eight years or so have been uncontrollable and I didn’t understand why, because there was no reason for it. I discovered that it was because I had become an empath, and it was actually other people’s energy and emotions that I was picking up on. Not only that, but I also felt their physical pains as if they were my own. I did already use a bubble of light to protect me, but it wasn’t strong enough and didn’t seem to work.I started looking for help and read several books for psychic protection, watched videos and did meditations. I finally found this one and it’s wonderful!I love this book as it goes into psychic protection in great detail, and has so many examples of ways in which you can protect yourself. I love all the illustrations of shields that can be used, and the step by step guides for creating them. This is going to be my psychic protection bible, it’s so useful for reference and I’ve been using it every day, trying out new shield combinations with crystals. As it is so good for reference I recommend you buy the paperback version so you can easily flick back and forth through the types of shields.It has been so helpful, I finally feel in control of my own space and no longer feel overwhelmed by other people’s emotions. I feel peace at last so this book has been a lifesaver.There are also chapters on protection for the home using grids. I haven’t tried those yet as I want to get to grips with my own protection first, but the methods also look like they are easy to use.Another great thing about this book is the author doesn’t expect you to have a lot specific crystals, he explains how many crystals can do the same work, so you don’t feel like you have a huge shopping list. It’s nice that I can use ones I already have.I’ve read so many crystal books and protection books and this is the best!Thank you Ethan.

The information is good, for beginners as well as the more seasoned. However, the text is poorly written and is full of grammatical errors, which is distracting and tedious to read. It doesn't seem to have been edited, and I wasn't able to finish the book.
