What Shall We Do, Blue Kangaroo? Hardcover – May 13, 2003

This is the fourth Blue Kangaroo book by Emma Clark, and though it features the same loveable marsupial and his willful friend Lily, it lacks the charm of the earlier three. When Lily approaches several adults and asks them to do things for her, she finds they are busy and she's forced to do things for herself. Lily is learning self-reliance, but her mischievous charm is absent. It's nice to see these characters again, but this is the least captivating outing by this pair.

I bought this for my daughter (she is 30) but she had a blue kangaroo that she took everywhere. I know she will get a laugh out of this but think she will enjoy this with her son too.

Blue Kangaroo is my daughter's favorite series. We have all of the books and this is one of her favorites. Great condition from this seller too!

This series of books by this author is my granddaughter's favorite. These were purchased for her birthday and she loved them.

Brought to make a story sack for my 6 year old. Great story with a chance for child participation when Lily asks "What shall we do, Blue Kangaroo?" I have even made her a blue kangaroo to enjoy the story with.I really enjoy this book, and will be buying more of the series to add to the story sack, at a later date.

I love the way Lily decides to do things for herself. Blue Kangaroo is the sweetest little friend a girl could have. Nice positive story. Always a favourite in our house.

Grand daughter loves these books reads them all by herself not bad for 4.5 years old

This was bought for my niece Lily who has a sister Florence so very apt! The book is great at keeping a 5 year olds attention and she actually wants to read! result!
