Q: - What are the dimensions of this item? How long is it & how wide the brush?

40 cm long. Booklet that came with says not to use in tube smaller than 18 French, but I trim a little of the bristles off with a sharp scissors and use in a 16 French jtube.

Q: Can this peg tube cleaning brush be used more than once?

Yes, they are very durable and last a long time. Just wash it after use, with dish detergent, like you would wash a bottle brush. I only use it for cleaning the feeding set tube, NOT the peg.

Q: how is the flexability of the brush can it make turns without deforming

The brush is so small. It does not clean the inside walls of the peg tube. Essentially it is worthless.
