Lightweight, Large Voume
The media could not be loaded. "I love to eat, I love to cook. It's just a fact of my life, even when I'm in the backcountry or doing a training hike. This pot makes cooking easier." That's how my review of the MSR ceramic coated solo pot begins. This Lixada pot does NOT make cooking easier, but when I need a large vessel that is very lightweight it does make cooking POSSIBLE! It is now a permanent resident in my multi person trip gear loadout! For boiling a liter of water almost any pot will do and I can even use my stainless steel water bottle, but if I want to make something that requires a little room I don't want to carry a cast iron dutch oven up a mountain. That's where this pot shines. I did a primitive outdoor cook over oak coals to test this pot and some dried ingredients at Umpstead State Park, I like to truly know how a piece of gear or new ingredients performs before I trust my meals to them in the woods. The pot stood up well to cooking directly on a bed of coals, was large enough to cook two rear shanks from a large whitetail buck and sturdy enough to take a little beating around. That is to be expected from a backcountry camping vessel, but the 2.8L size is twice as large or more than most hikers/hunters carry and that's not to be expected when finding a featherweight cooking vessel. This pot weighs less than 11 ounces with the lid and less than 8 ounces without. The little handle on the lid is also titanium which allows me to put coals on top without melting the only way to remove a hot lid and the handle opening is large enough to allow gloved hands, a knife or even a stick to be used when removing the lid. This is a well thought out piece of kit. There are some drawbacks to cooking with titanium in general. First off it seems like EVERYTHING but water sticks to titanium when cooking, just expect it, accept it and prepare for it. Titanium is also an excellent conductor of heat so it will heat up faster than aluminum but will not hold the heat as long so prepare to move the pot around to avoid burning your food and don't expect to let it rest very long in a hot pot. Are there drawbacks to cooking with this pot in particular? Absolutely, a 2.8 liter pot is going to take up a lot of room in your pack. Also even when using titanium you need very thin metal to achieve the weight Lixada has. This pot will bend or flex very easily, even with the tight fitting lid on. But these are small issues that I am willing and prepared to face! This is a great pot that weighs less than aluminum pots half its volume and is durable enough to use for years. It is not an inexpensive piece of gear but for my uses it is well worth the investment.

Very nice titanium pot.
I was actually thinking I ordered the 2800 ml. I'm glad I didn't. The 1100 fits in my pack and everything else nests with it. It's not too big but not too small. I can put two large cans of soup in this. However I make my own. This is perfect for a Backpacker with partner. Everything about it was thought through. It has the liquid measures inside and it has the Crooked Bale for hanging and keeping it level.

As good as more costly options.
According to my orders page, this item was to arrive between Apr 29 and May 20. It arrived yesterday....NICE! One of the main attractions for me to this particular pot (besides a good price) is the orientation of the bail in relation to the butterfly handles. They are in line with each other where most other pots in this caliber have the handles and the bail at 90 degrees to each other. I have yet to use this in the field to know if this is a plus. I have 2 other pots (90 deg) and it seems to be a nuisance, at least in this size and for my purposes. The construction, material and craftsmanship appear to be as good as others I own of different brands. The stuff sack appears to be well made. I observed the graduations are backwards on the outside, forward on the inside. The inside is where one would look to see the level anyway. The bail is easily removable, a plus. The lid is a good fit, unlike another brand of lid some of us know about. The lid handle has a "keep upright" notch, a plus. The bail has enough friction to stay upright, a plus. The butterfly handles are loose and floppy......easily fixable by carefully bending in the gussets at top and bottom with pliers a little at a time until the right friction is there to eliminate flop. It worked well on the stovetop. I will update this rating as this pot accumulates some field use.

Love this pot
I love this pot. I bought for a 3 month camping trip, used it several times every day, and had no problems. It is the perfect size to boil 2 cups water, cook, and anything you need to do for such trips. In addition my solo stove fits perfectly inside. Would buy again

Great pot
I love titanium cookware. The price is high but they last through everything. I’m not a great cook so heat distribution and other things don’t mean much but it is a healthy choice. I love that the materials are safe and my son can wash it without it being heavy or breakable, he is 6. Definitely recommend it!

Great pot.
Better than the more expensive name brand pots. Lid is a great fit. I can lift the pot (empty) by the lid handle and the lid stays on. Graduation markings are pretty accurate too. Lid handle will stay upright by sliding it into a groove. Well balanced bail handle. Good construction. Well designed. Nice padded cover for the pot with drawstring.I’d definitely buy this again.

Titanium pot
This is a great sized pot for one or two people. The bail handle is a must as is a pot with a slightly deeper than width profile for hanging and cooking over a fire.
