Great product for my hair.
I’ve used this a few times since receiving it last week and can already tell a major improvement with my hair, which is very long and somewhat fine (not thinning). This is the only product I’ve been using for my haircare routine outside of my normal shampoo — no other oils, creams, masks, no conditioner, etc. — to see how well it does on its own.It definitely feels much softer and has a healthier looking shine to it *after* washing it all out. I haven’t felt the need to use other creams or oils.I apply it all over my hair (root to tip) several hours prior to showering. I wrap it up in a shower cap that way I don’t get any of the oil on anything else. It’s not a heavy oil and can be a little runny, but a little can go a long way (even with long hair). One bottle should last quiet a long time as long as you are conservative with the amount with each use.I wash it out as one would normally do with any other product and let it air dry. My hair doesn’t feel “weighed down”. It just feels much smoother and tangles much less.I have also used a very small amount on my ends when doing heatless curls, which comes out with no frizz and is so soft. I can run my fingers through the curls and they’ll bounce right back and be so soft. The only negative I have with the product is the design of the bottle. I had an extra unused pump that luckily fit it that I was able to screw on and get the exact amount I wanted, but the top that comes on it can be a bit messy when it comes to application if you find yourself having to go for a little bit extra. For the price, I definitely think worth trying out, though, if you’re looking for some hair oil.It has a nice scent, but anyone sensitive to floral-like smells may be bothered as the Jasmine is a wee strong. Also, if one has any allergies or sensitive skin/scalp, note that it does contain coconut oil and mineral oil.

THIS HAIR OIL & THE SELLER (HERBAL BEAUTY SUPPLY-- USA) aRE BOTH TERRIFIC & WORK GREAT FOR THIS NATIVE CHICK!!!!!
I ordered this hair oil from Herbal Seller USA and they did a great job in replacing the product when it didnt originally come. The oil is very light, in comparasion to a Coconut oil such as Vatika Coconut Oil. IT is not sticky at all and is more like Dabur's Amla Jasmine Hair Oil but it has a better fragrance and it is a lot lighter. It is something you could use a tiny bit of (less then the size of a button) before and then use styling products and it doesnt make my long, black hair oily looking at all. Plus the smell is great, I like it a little better then Dabur Amla Jasmine Hair Oil's scent. There is a bit of separation in my bottle--you can see the coconut flakes of solid oil, but that is something I do not mind as a Vatika Coconut Oil user which is just straight coconut oil, very heavy, and a bit solid in the winter where I live (utah.) I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship between my hair and Parachute Jasmine Non-Sticky Coconut Hair oil. I love this stuff after just 1 application. It doesnt even make my hands all greasy like all my other hair oils!! (Dabur Amla, Dabur Amla Gold, Dabur Amla Jasmine, & Vatika coconut Hair oils...) I've stopped using most my hair products--such as mousse, hair spray, and gel and now just use mostly hair oil each day. I use a tiny bit on my son's knee length hair (we are native american..) and then some gel in a low ponytail, braided. Both of our hair is a lot better and healthier. Whatever LONG HAIR COMMUNITIES SAY about mineral oils and such---I think that it might be most Anglo(white ppl's) hair that doesnt tolerate it well because my knee length hair has no probs with mineral oils and I think the chicks in India, where these hair oils come from dont have much complaint either..I think you should try it out if you are a person of color first before you listen to the other reviews/complaints...you just might like it ;)

Seeing Positive Results Early
I only have been using the product for under a week. So it's a little too early to say that I love it. But if things continue as they are, I will be upgrading my rating to that.I'm a woman of color in my mid 50s going through all the hormonal things we go through. One of the major effects of my transitioning phase was a change in my hair texture. Also, it was losing its luster. I bought the product to see if it might be able to help. The initial results have been wonderful. My hair is shinny again, has great body and feels soft. Since I don't color or perm my hair, it doesn't have chemical or processing issues. I have a head full of hair, but it's medium/fine. Also, I have very little grey (maybe 30 strands). I'm sharing all of this because it might be of value to know the condition of my hair before I started using the product. The smell is nice, but it is a bit strong. One of things I really like about the product is that, unlike some oil-based products, I can curl my hair and it doesn't go flat, I retain my volume. Let's hope things only continue to be this good!I've been using the product for a few weeks now and am very happy with what is happening. My hair is growing in length. It also is very healthy in appearance. I'm very happy that this is a product that actually does deliver on its claims without breaking the bank!
