I was amazed
I was amazed by the quality, design and detail of the sandals. Fit a little big but still comfortable when walking.

One side fits all, just not my size, apparently.
Bought these around Halloween for a Roman soldier costume build. The shoes felt cool, have a metallic click when you walk. Yet fit too large. Perhaps if worn with very thick socks they could fit better, but the option to have a proper fitted caligae was never even an option. Lost out on money with these.

Absolute garbage.
Absolute garbage! Wore for 1 hr for a drama only walking. And the sole came almost completely off the rest of the shoe. Then straps started breaking. If i could give negative stars i would. I cant believe amazon would even ship this garabage.

The media could not be loaded. These are Roman Legionnaire sandals “boots” for the modern high tech professional Soldier during the time of the Roman Legions. These feel real. The leather is certainly real. It even smells like leather. The metal cleats on the bottom of the outsole will crush all who oppose the might of the Roman Army. Okay, I’m getting carried away. This is just the beginning of my Roman Soldier cosplay outfit. Thanks for a great product and it’s hand made!

A great addition to our "armor of God' display in our house.

The picture is not what you will receive.
The picture shows a darker color with thicker leather. Once I received it I was disappointed. All that money for something less than what the picture showed. Truly, I just want what is shown in the picture, otherwise I want a refund.
