The directions say (on the Amazon website, not on the jar) to add a scoop to your favorite drink. I added half a scoop to a glass of cold almond milk and it clumped up on the top of the drink. Continual stirring did not blend it in. I even tried heating it up and still there were clumps. It was not drinkable and I finally threw out the drink. This is my first use of the product and not what I expected. I will try adding it to hot soup and see what happens. Also, the jar itself does not mention collagen which was the main thing I was looking for. The advertising speaks of collagen but I had to refer to the Amazon web sitet to confirm it . Odd that it wouldn't be mentioned on the jar.

taste quite yummy and super thick. kinda reminds me of brands essense of chicken.if you are new to this, i would suggest the Vanilla (i have yet to try this) for breakfast. Chicken broth in the am could be a bit too overwhelming.

I didn't buy this from Amazon, but I've been buying for over a year from Organixx website. I cannot say enough about how great this Bone Broth Protein is! I've tried several before this one and this is now my go-to for my daily smoothies. It's a bland taste so it doesn't make my smoothies taste any different. I love that it's USDA certified organic...no other bone broth proteins were certified organic. My hair, skin, nails, leaky gut, and I'm sure more I haven't noticed, have all improved! When you can catch this on sale, stock up. I buy a lot at once. If you want a chocolate flavor then add raw cacao. If you want vanilla, then just add some vanilla. Or try the flavors. I change my mind too often so buy the plain and flavor it how I like for that day. I hope this is in our local stores one day instead of those other brands!
