Does the job, though you will need to slice to open them if you are sliding over an existing pipe.
They worked well, good amount and a bit of clearance on the 22mm pipe version i ordered so it allowed it to go over joins easily, they are not split open, though they did put a line to start me off that was part cut, so you will need to slice through the remaining foam. cured my heat loss so happy with that. good value too.

Other uses
Got these for my curtains as spacers excellent quality and got 5 so can do all my windows! A packet of curtain spacers cost from £8.00 just for one window so highly recommended theses to anyone that’s looking for spacers can easily be cut to the size you want I done 4inches and 3inches for both 6foot width windows and only used 2 so still got 3 left delivered on time and packing was good.
