I bought the Large for my 5 year old skinny/tall granddaughter. The strap gave her a wedgie even when adjusted. Seems to be designed more for a child who wears diapers. Strap should have been wider.

This fits somewhat legendary on small daughter. She is 5 about 39 pounds. Little loose and always appears to float up around her neck. Nice colors and comfortable material.
